Today’s edition is a little different. No fancy layouts. No rigid structure. Just raw thoughts, market insights, and the truth you need to hear.

Oh, and I also lost my 16-week posting streak. 🥲
But hey, we’re here to get better—not to be perfect.

Here’s the menu:

⚒️ What I’ve Been Up To…

Got to know, what FOCUS stands for:

Follow One Cource Until Successful.

Okei, I wrote this down 2 weeks ago, now for the new stuff.

I’ve been learning a lot lot…… I mean A LOT.

Not just lead generation. I’ve been diving into UX, UI, and CRO— soemthing that turns websites into money-printing machines, and squeeze as much revenue out of it as possible.

Oh, and side note… I did my first-ever handstand yesterday. (Yeah, against the wall, but we take the Ws where we can. But still great for my first ever attempt, right?).

Back to business—let’s talk about why websites aren’t just for "getting leads."

Most people think a website should get as many visitors as possible.

Wrong.

A website should be a sales funnel—built to:

✅ Drive more revenue
✅ Make sales effortless
✅ Filter out low-quality leads
✅ Increase AOV (Average Order Value)

More leads don’t always mean more money.

A bad website gets a ton of traffic but converts no one.
A great website gets fewer visitors but turns them into high-paying customers.

Let me break it down.

Here’s an example of CRO

CRO = Conversion Rate Optimization.

CRO is the systematic process of enhancing a website’s ability to turn visitors into customers. It combines psychology, data analytics, and design to eliminate friction and amplify value perception.

In layman's terms:

It’s about tweaking a website to make more money from the same traffic.

It’s like having a store where 95 out of 100 people walk in, look around, and leave. Wouldn’t you rather tweak the layout so 20 of them actually buy something?

Here’s how CRO makes a difference:

Example 1: The "Pretty" Website

  • Traffic: 1,000 visitors/day

  • Conversion Rate: 5%

  • Revenue: €5,000/day

  • AOV: €100

Looks nice.

But design alone doesn’t sell.

Example 2: The "Ugly" Website, but Strategically Designed With Urgency-Driven CTAs, Social Proof, and Tiered Pricing. (AKA Built for Sales)

  • Traffic: 100 visitors/day (but high-intent)

  • Conversion Rate: 20%

  • Revenue: €10,000/day

  • AOV: €500 (A/B tested)

That’s a 2x revenue increase with 10x LESS traffic.

Why?

Because it was built to convert.

Of cource this is black and white, but I’m just illustrating it, as well, and simple as I can.

CRO Tactics That Print Money

🔹 Price Anchoring: Show a "before" price (€1,000 → €500) to trigger a deal mindset.
🔹 Urgency & Scarcity: “Only 3 left!” boosts sales by up to 226% (SaleSource).
🔹 A/B Testing: Find what actually works—headlines, layouts, colors, prices.
🔹 CTA Placement: Clear "Buy Now" buttons, not hidden in a corner

Here’s how UX makes a difference:

UX (User Experience) is the silent killer of revenue.

If a site is slow, laggy, or confusing, people bounce.

  • Bad UX = 12% revenue drop.

  • A 1-second delay = 7% fewer conversions.

  • A site that loads in 5+ seconds? Might as well delete it.

A 12% loss on a €100k/month business is €12k gone—every month.

Easy fixes:

🔹 Page Speed – Use GTmetrix, fix slow load times.
🔹 Simplify Navigation – No one should have to think twice about where to click.
🔹 Mobile Optimization – 60% of traffic is mobile, yet most sites suck on phones.

Here’s how UI makes a difference:

UI (User Interface) is the final touch—not just looking good, but feeling right.

A good UI makes buying frictionless.

🔹 Color Psychology: Red CTAs (urgency), blue (trust).
🔹 Typography Hierarchy: Bigger, bolder text guides attention.
🔹 Whitespace: Too much clutter = brain overload.

Apple’s homepage is a whopping– 60% whitespace.

Even a 5% boost in conversions from UI is an extra €5k on a €100k/month business.

When you make a great customer experience, and make a visually pleasing website–

Great experience + Visually pleasing = LOV..❤️… sorry, a warm customer, who is ready to buy anything from you!

Here’s how A/B Testing makes a difference:

Even a perfect site isn’t perfect until you test.

Well… duuuuh… how are you gonna know if it’s “perfect” when you havent tested it for perfection?

A/B testing is running experiments to fine-tune results.

🔹 Test Prices: What number gets the best sales?
🔹 Test Layouts: Move a CTA, change a headline—see what sticks.
🔹 Test Copy: Different words = different emotions = different buying decisions.

Even a 1% increase from A/B testing is huge when scaled.

Most businesses ignore this stuff.

They build a pretty site, sit back, and wonder why they’re broke.

But the ones that get it?

They optimize.

They tweak.

They make every visitor count.

That’s why I’m learning all this.

Because the skills I’m stacking today…

They’ll be worth millions later.

(Alos, as I’m running my agency, I provide CRO as a service. I’ve got a great designer, and web developer in my network, so we can work together, and provide insane value)

FOCUS. Follow One Course Until Successful.

Here’s a quick glimpse into my website, it’s far from perfect, and as it’s my first ver design, so far I’m happy with it…… okei, now that I look at it again I want to cry, because it’s beautyful🥲–

When I get the whole website ready, I’ll cover it here, and walk you through why I made some parts the way I did.

Now let’s get to the Book notes (New edition to this newsletter. Let’s be honest, I’m still figuring out what’s great, and people like… A/B Testing in action)–

📝 Best Notes From My Book, and Thoughts

I’m not sure how many I should give, so let’s make it 5, because why not?

Let me know if I should do more, or less.

Notes from Reality Transurfing (On my opinion the best book I’ve ever read!)

  • Thoughts not only provide the motivation for human action, they also have a direct influence on our reality.

  • Thought energy transforms possible alternatives into physical reality.

  • Whenever you thnk about something in particular the frequency of your thoughts becomes attuned to what you were thinking of.

  • The circumstances of a person’s life are not only created by their actions but also by the nature of their thoughts. If a person has a hostile attitude towards the world, they’ll find the world respond to them with the same. If a persons attitude to life is predominantly negative, the world will show them thee worst side of its nature. Conversely, having a positive attitude is the most natural way to change your life for the better. People get what they choose. Like it or not, that’s how life works. You attract what you preach.

  • Have you achieved much by battling with the world to find happiness?

🚨 News YOU NEED TO HEAR 🚨

Okei, let’s get this straight…

These are not just news I’m gonna give you.

These are MY thoughts and raw take on what I’ve seen happening in the market, and the way Trump is acting (Yes, when he says he doesn’t know what has happened in the market, and say he doesn’t look at markets… he’s lying. In reality he’s probably crying in his mansions bedroom when the stocks are down 0.5%……🤔… that’s actually quite a lot for him… probably like 50M worth).

…And what other people in the crypto, and economy space are saying.

So buckle up.

📉We’re heading into a recession!

Before you panic-sell everything, start crying, and spiral into chaos, let me explain.

First, what is even recession?

A recession is when job losses spike, businesses tighten up, and the economy slows down. It sucks for some people, but it’s also a necessary reset for bigger future gains the next up-cycle.

Now, let’s talk about why I think Trump is forcing one– RIGHT NOW, AS WE SPEAK!

🇺🇸Trump’s Big Brain Move!?🧐

Have you seen what he’s doing?

  1. Tariffs. (Okay, no shocker—it’s Trump, the tariff king.)

  2. Slashing regulations. Less red tape = more control over the economy.

  3. Setting up an early reset.

He’s trying to make a quick reset early in his presidency to have a massive boom in the economy later in his presidency.

Why?

Because when the economy surges, it’s his golden ticket to getting re-elected (if he doesn’t die of cource).

And guess what?

For investors like us, this is a MASSIVE opportunity.

Harsh Truth: Trump Doesn’t Work for the Majority

I think Trump is a great man.

Trump is not here to help the average Joe. (Sorry, Joe.), nor the average 9-5 worker.

But for me (people like us)— who invest, think long-term, play the money game, and aren’t average—he’s a godsend.

I know many people in my circle who don’t like him, but the ones who are more well of, own businesses, have crypto, or think like the wealthy?

Most of them are thriving under Trump’s economic playbook.

He’s not trying to help everyone (AKA the majority).

He’s making sure he and his family build generational wealth. Instead of crying about it, get in the same boat.

If Trump’s policies don’t benefit you, that’s not on him—that’s on you.

It’s your dessisions that have got you in that place, where Trump doesn’t benefint you… you’re the one to blame, not Trump.

(Hahahah… this turned into a Trump defense speech… oops. 😅)

Why This is Actually GREAT News

Don’t Forget That Upturns Always Follow Downturns!

The market is about to get so cheap it’s ridiculous!

I don’t think this will be a full-blown 2008 meltdown.

Instead, I see a quick reset to kickstart another massive bull run.(Maybe even BIGGER than when Trump first took office.)

When it happens, that’s when you load up on crypto and “go-go” stocks.

“If You Think a Downturn is Coming, Why Not Get Out?”

A fair question.

But here’s why I stay invested:

1/ No one can perfectly time the market– If you sell everything, you might miss the bottom and end up buying back higher than before.

2/ The best strategy? The “Stay through the cycle” strategy– Investing long-term means riding the ups AND downs. Some years will be above average, some will be below—but over time, it evens out. And as a youngster, you’ll have riskier assets, and gonna earn a lot more cash that you would with “normal, and boring” assets.

3/ Riskier assets (like crypto) bring bigger returns. As a youngster, you’ll have riskier assets, and gonna earn a lot more cash that you would with “normal, and boring” assets. Now’s the time to take risks.

Here are some key takeaways from other professionals, that I’ve gathered:

  • The current market correction may be a necessary step toward future growth.

  • Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies could thrive in a recessionary environment if positioned correctly.

  • Trump’s policies are shaking things up—but for smart investors, this means MASSIVE opportunity.

Bottom line?

Stay ready.

Play the long game.

And when the market dips—BUY.

And that’s the wrap, folks.

The market’s shifting, Trump’s playing 4D chess (I don’t know what it even means 😂), and opportunities are everywhere—if you’re paying attention.

Most people will panic, complain, and do nothing.

Smart people like me (I know, I have EGO)– They’ll position themselves, stay patient, and stack assets while everything’s on discount.

So the only question left is… which one are you?

See you in the next one.
